Die Making Expertise

We excel in producing turned, blanked, and machined components, starting with the meticulous design and crafting of forging dies. Forging Hammers

Our forging operations utilize advanced hammers, including Drop Hammers and Forging Presses, capable of delivering high-pressure impact blows with a driving force of up to 50,000 lbs. This allows us to forge jobs weighing up to 15 kilograms (33 pounds) with unparalleled precision and efficiency. The versatility of our hammers enables us to work with a broad range of metals, including both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Our team’s expertise in handling complex forging requirements ensures that even the most challenging specifications are met. Raw Material Inspection & Tracking

Upon receiving steel, we conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections, along with chemical composition and mechanical testing, to ensure compliance with specifications. Stocks of stainless steel (SS) and carbon steel (CS) are stored separately for quick access, with color coding applied to each unit for easy identification. Additional testing, including Granule Corrosion and ultrasonic evaluations, guarantees material integrity. Finally, marked and cut materials are stamped with lot numbers for traceability. To enhance process efficiency, we employ a robust inventory management system that tracks raw material usage and replenishment in real-time. This ensures we maintain optimal stock levels, reducing delays and ensuring consistent production timelines. Shot Blasting Section
